Not to mention, it's just common sense. Most people in America celebrate Christmas. It's a big holiday. It's a meaningful holiday. And it's Christmas. Of course people are going to say 'Merry Christmas' to you during Christmas.
It's not implying anything. SIGH. Then again, common sense has become very uncommon nowadays.
I don't understand why people can't just say "Oh, I don't celebrate that, but thanks anyway", instead of going off on some long-winded rant about how they don't celebrate it, or some other stupid bullshit.

saying happy holidays is confusing. For all I know they would be wishing my a happy groundhog day.
(I can put it on my Hannukah bush!)
Or, some cases where a person sneezes and the other person says 'God bless you'. And the sneezer gets mad.
